We have a highly dedicated and capable global executive management team that is ready to serve this alliance. At a time when the global economic outlook is challenging and markets are weak, our members are seeking to address the root causes of intellectual property value and innovation to make it more resilient and sustainable. This presents more urgent needs and more unique opportunities for our work.
In order to operate in a challenging market environment, we will strengthen cost control, focus on service quality, further focus on members, and increase the decision-making power of front-line teams.
Our global executive management team is composed of professionals from Hong Kong, New York, Shenzhen and other parts of the world who have been engaged in intellectual property, institutional operations, and corporate management. This team is diverse in terms of ideology, age, gender and nationality, including leaders who have served for a long time in Hong Kong and the United States, as well as leaders with rich external work experience.
The executive management team will be structured around service roles and areas of responsibility and will share responsibility for the execution of the alliance's strategy, with strong alignment and clear ownership and accountability for key aspects of the alliance's next phase of strategic development.
