Director of Culture, Arts and Creativity

Mr. Zhi is the founder and president of the Hong Kong Low Carbon Design Association, former president of the Hong Kong Industrial Designers Association, Director General of the World Green Design Organization in Hong Kong, Vice Chairman of the Silk Road Innovation Design Industry Alliance, and Vice Chairman of the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area Design Innovation Industry Education Alliance. Appointed public positions include a member of the Hong Kong Copyright Tribunal, a member of the Creative Intelligence Program Review Committee of the Creative Hong Kong Office, a mentor for the Small and Medium sized Enterprise Business Program of the Hong Kong Trade and Industry Department, a consultant for the design market promotion and patent authorization industry of the Hong Kong Trade and Development Council, and a member of the Design Shunde Expert Committee in Shunde District, Foshan City. For many years, I have been invited to teach at the School of Design at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University and various colleges and training institutions in China and Hong Kong. I have attended forums in both China and Hong Kong as a guest speaker and host, as well as a consultant and judge for various design competitions.

Mr. Zhi graduated from the MBA Design and Innovation Management program at the School of Industrial Design and Business Administration of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He has been engaged in research and development and design management for over 35 years. In 2004, he founded WITT DESIGNING WORK, dedicated to product innovation and brand strategy. He is currently serving as a business development consultant for multiple Chinese and Hong Kong enterprises. Since 2011, it has been an obligation to continuously promote low-carbon design innovation concepts, sustainable development, and professional management methods to all sectors of society.

Due to a passion for art design and cultural creativity, I have been engaged in teaching and research in the creative industry of culture and art for a long time. Currently, I am the Director of Culture, Art and Creativity at IPIC, responsible for the development of IPIC creative products, including digital culture, visual communication design, industrial design, art and technology, art theory, exhibition planning, brand promotion, etc.
