About the Alliance
The Intellectual Property and Innovation Consortium (IPIC) is jointly established by a group of industry experts who are concerned about intellectual property innovation and development, passionate about the intellectual property industry, and have professional expertise and extensive influence in the intellectual property industry. The members of the alliance include intellectual property institutions, organizations, groups, new generation information technology, artificial intelligence, biotechnology, art copyright, cultural assets, humanities education, new energy, new materials, high-end equipment, green environmental protection, and other new growth engines of multinational enterprises in various countries.
Renowned figures such as Shawn Chen, President of the World Federation of United Nations Associations, Roel Campos, former member of the US Securities and Exchange Commission, and Reid Rubsamen, CEO of FlowPharma, serve as members of the Bureau.

IPIC has established collaborative relationships with governments and institutions in multiple regions, and has established friendly relationships with schools in multiple countries such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, and Japan through the internationalization background of the alliance and the resources of world-class universities; It will also bear the earnest expectations of global internationalized development cities, enterprises, and universities, actively reflect the intellectual property demands of members, organize exchanges and learning among alliance members, and play a bridging role.
IPIC hopes to achieve the development of global intellectual property towards value innovation, mechanism innovation, openness, inclusiveness, balance and effectiveness, and assist alliance members in transforming from passive recipients of international intellectual property rules to participants and builders of global intellectual property innovation and development. At the same time, we take on the responsibility of compensating for the imbalance between the demand for value innovation and the development of intellectual property, and make positive contributions to promoting the sustainable development of global intellectual property, truly achieving high-quality development of intellectual property.
IPIC was officially established in 2020, with the official languages of English and Chinese. The alliance is based in Hong Kong and is a non-profit organization. We are willing to work together with more members, participants, and partners to create an open, diverse, integrated, symbiotic, and mutually beneficial intellectual property service ecosystem, making outstanding contributions to human innovation and development, and making value innovation a new normal in the world!
Purpose:
(1) This organization is a non-profit organization that promotes the importance of intellectual property and raises social awareness of intellectual property through various means in Hong Kong to enhance intellectual property education.
(2) In order to enhance intellectual property education, we are committed to establishing a discussion platform for intellectual property in Hong Kong, allowing different individuals to discuss and respect each other equally on the platform.
(3) In order to enhance intellectual property education and promote, promote, and improve intellectual property development in Hong Kong, the purpose of this institution is to:
(1) Accept donations, payments, and gifts provided by individuals, groups, or organizations for the above purposes, and return receipts;
(2) Organize and coordinate plans and activities to promote, demonstrate, support and implement the above objectives, and pay for the costs of such plans and activities;
(3) Organize actions to promote, demonstrate, support, and implement the above objectives, and pay for the expenses of such plans and activities;
(4) To implement the purpose of this institution, lease, purchase, sell, mortgage, improve and manage property and real estate;
(5) Subject to Article 5 of Part A and Article 24 of Part B of the Articles of Association, employ employees necessary for the implementation of the purposes of this organization, and pay salaries, wages, allowances, retirement pensions, and Mandatory Provident Fund in accordance with the current employment laws of Hong Kong;
(6) Invest and manage non recurring funds of our institution in a cautious and prudent manner;
(7) Handle all other lawful matters deemed incidental or beneficial to the above purposes.
Board of Directors:
The board of directors is the decision-making body. The board of directors is composed of directors. All affairs of this institution are managed by the directors, who may exercise all the powers of this institution to manage its affairs internally and represent major decisions and business execution externally.
