The current Director of Intellectual Property Innovation Alliance Limited, Distinguished Professor at Sias University, Founder and CEO of Hong Kong Intellectual Property Exchange Limited, responsible for operating the first intellectual property based trading market in Hong Kong. Also serving as Vice President of the US China Business Association and President of the Sun Yat sen University Alumni Association.

Professor Ling combines a new concept of financial services with modern technology and knowledge economy to build a trading market where intellectual property rights can be rapidly transformed into productivity. This has put forward a new concept for Hong Kong as a global financial center and will also create new growth points for future economic development.

From 1993 to 2009, Professor Ling founded Huagang Real Estate Development Group Co., Ltd. as the chairman, specializing in real estate business. His business scope covers China, Hong Kong, the United States, and Singapore, including the development of multiple high-end residential, commercial, and villa real estate projects. In 2010, Professor Ling began to focus on the intellectual property industry. In February 2012, she successfully founded the Hong Kong Intellectual Property Exchange and has been serving as its CEO ever since.

Professor Ling graduated from the International Marketing and Communication (IMC) graduate program at the University of Hong Kong; And obtained an MBA degree from the Open University of Hong Kong.

While achieving career and academic success, Professor Ling has not forgotten the social responsibility he shoulders as a successful person. After entering the 21st century, she has been tirelessly working on the charity project of Hong Kong Volunteer Development Council to support students from impoverished mountainous areas in China to study. Professor Ling has also served as a staff member of the Hong Kong Volunteer Development Council's "Mountain Student Assistance Fund" committee, and has long been involved in charitable work such as the Qimeng Foundation, Yuqing Foundation, and HKCSS Wise Giving. Professor Ling strives to create favorable conditions for the development of young people in Shenzhen and Hong Kong, enabling them to actively advance into the new era and journey.
