Graduated from Hunan University with a Master's degree in Philosophy, engaged in investment and financing, marketing, project screening and execution, industry research, financial analysis, and transaction negotiation for a long time. Previously served as the Director of Equity Financing and Director of Capital Markets for well-known companies.
Having the qualifications of securities and futures practitioners from the Hong Kong Securities Professional Association, futures practitioners from the China Futures Industry Association, and obtaining the Level 2 Certificate of Professional Standards in the Securities Industry issued by the China Securities Industry Association, as well as the qualifications for senior executives in securities companies issued by the China Securities Regulatory Commission. I have participated in the financing and issuance of the refinancing projects of Great Wall Electric, the issuance of corporate bonds by Xiangtou Holdings, and the bidding and issuance of corporate bonds by Hunan Urban Investment. I have also led the IPO financing and issuance of Tuowei Information, Tianqiao Crane, Xinzhi Electric, Xintian Technology, Kangzhi Pharmaceutical, Strait Stock, Tianzhou Culture, and Anzhong Stock, as well as the issuance of mixed capital bonds by Tuowei Xinneng, Derun Electronics, and Shenzhen Development Bank. Expanded the equity split reform work for multiple projects such as Radio and Television Media and Jinguo Industry.
She currently serves as the financial manager and global expansion manager for Mengcheng, and will actively engage in intellectual property marketing management with her work experience. She has been researching projects such as IMC brand integration marketing, marketing 3.0, experiential marketing and branding, digital marketing and strategic management.
