Xu Yan
Former Vice Dean of the School of Business at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology
Professor of Information, Business Statistics, and Operations Management at the School of Business, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. He served as the Vice Dean of the School of Business at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology from 2011 to June 2023. Mainly engaged in technology and innovation management and telecommunications policy research, currently serving as a director of the International Telecommunication Association. Appointed as a member of the Hong Kong Communications Authority by the Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region from 2017 to 2019.
