The launch meeting of the Guangdong Province Intellectual Property Service Standardization Pilot Project was successfully held, with Vice District Mayor Lian Cong attending the launch meeting. Representatives from the Bao'an Supervision Bureau of the Municipal Market Supervision Administration, the Bao'an District Industry and Information Bureau, the Bao'an District Science and Technology Innovation Bureau, the Bao'an Branch of the Municipal Public Security Bureau, the Bao'an District Judicial Bureau, the Bao'an District People's Court, the Bao'an District People's Procuratorate, and other specialized units in promoting the standardization of intellectual property services in Guangdong Province attended the meeting.

The reporter learned that the "Guangdong Province Intellectual Property Service Standardization Pilot Project" is the first standardization pilot project in the field of intellectual property approved by the Guangdong Provincial Administration for Market Regulation. It is constructed and implemented by the Bao'an District Government of Shenzhen as the undertaking unit, with a implementation period of 2 years. It will build a Bao'an District intellectual property service standard system covering the entire chain of intellectual property creation, application, protection, management, and services, establish a necessary patent database for district standards and two professional databases for district patent agency services, develop N key technical standards, build a batch of standardized achievements such as intellectual property protection model workstations and trade secret protection bases, and create a "1+2+N" Bao'an intellectual property service system.

The pilot will further optimize the intellectual property work system, mechanism, and technological foundation of Bao'an District through standardized means, comprehensively enhance the public service capacity and level of intellectual property in Bao'an District, guide and improve industrial innovation capabilities, promote the integration of industry and standardization development, and assist in the implementation of the intellectual property strong zone strategy and high-quality economic development.

It is understood that in 2022, Bao'an District will continuously strengthen its intellectual property work, promote the physical operation of the Bao'an District Intellectual Property Protection Center, and establish the city's first district level data analysis platform - Bao'an Intellectual Property Innovation Service Platform. Taking the lead in establishing a linkage mechanism for intellectual property protection and execution in the city, exploring the construction of a diversified mechanism for handling intellectual property disputes, and forming a joint force for intellectual property protection.
