On the afternoon of June 16, 2024, the IPIC Intellectual Property Innovation Alliance successfully held the "Time Intersection Cultural Dialogue -2024 Shaanxi Hong Kong Youth Cultural Exchange Team" pre visit briefing.

The briefing covered: sign in, IPIC representatives' introduction, briefing activities - itinerary, significance, precautions and other related issues of the activities, questions and answers, exchanges, and relevant policy solutions - "one country, two systems", the Basic Law, the national "14th Five Year Plan", the development of the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area, the awareness of the "the Belt and Road" initiative, and the law of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China on safeguarding national security, and a group photo.

The pre briefing event provided participants with a basic understanding of the entire exchange group.

The 2024 Shaan Hong Kong Youth Cultural Exchange Team, a cultural dialogue at the intersection of time, is sponsored by the Youth Development Committee and the government through the Youth Mainland Exchange Program.
